Solar Sales Consultant

We are looking for people who really do care about the customer experience and expect the company they represent to do the same. Do you want the production estimate to be accurate in the proposals you deliver? Would you like to have the flexibility of offering equipment you believe in to every customer you work with? This position is for sales professionals from any direct sales field, although solar experience is preferred. We are hiring for Utah, Idaho and Oregon, with several other markets opening up soon. Based on experience, this position may include a salary, benefits and great opportunity for growth within the company. With both Commercial and Residential opportunities, productive day-time selling is achieved and income opportunities are very strong.

 

Qualifications

  • Minimum: 1 year in direct sales, mortgage/banking experience, insurance, management.

  • Preferred: 2 years in solar sales or similar experience (ie Alarms, Pest Control, Satellite, ect)

  • Verifiable track record of Awesomeness!


Regional Sales Manager

Blue Sky Solar is looking for experienced sales professionals who know how to recruit, train and manage a sales force in commercial and residential solar. Our install network is extensive, reaching across most all of the US and Canada, so we are flexible on where you start your Region. Your ability to grow your team is only limited by your ambitions...and your ability to manage what you grow.

In addition to solar, we also offer Smart Home products such as Security, Smart Thermostats and LED Lighting. We also just launched our Electric Vehicle charging station program, offering residual income for sales generated. Your team members can participate in any or all of these programs as you grow your Region.

 

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year recruiting, training and managing a team

Customer Experience Manager

We are looking for an optimistic, outgoing Customer Experience Manager with strong problem-solving skills who will assist our company in taking good care of our customers in a professional manner. The person selected for this position will assume the following responsibilities: Solar monitoring which includes, but is not limited to, setting up a new customer's monitoring site in the provider's portal (training will be provided), weekly monitoring checks, troubleshooting with the customer and solar product provider, as needed, ensuring the issue is satisfactorily resolved, apply for and follow-up on returned merchandise authorizations (RMAs) . Address customer concerns and questions timely, using available resources and problem-solving skills, seeing the matter through to resolution with customer follow-up as needed. Periodic customer follow-up. Attend a weekly meeting with Blue Sky Solar team and installer team to discuss needs and concerns via video conference.

Qualifications:

Professional and proficient in Word, Excel, Google Docs, Google Sheets, on-line customer data tool, ie CRM, trouble-shooting and problem solving skills using multiple resources, works well with others.
